House rules

To make Sfinks Mundial as enjoyable as possible for everyone, we have a few house rules.

  • Dogs and other animals, spray cans (including deodorant), glass, cans, weapons, sharp objects, motorcylcle helmets, bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are not allowed. This also applies to any other item deemed dangerous by the organisation.
  • Free bicycle parking is available.
  • The organisation does not keep items in custody.
  • Photography is permitted for personal use, and we love seeing your photos appear on social media. Professional sound and film equipment is not allowed on the festival grounds, unless prior permission has been obtained by emailing [email protected].
  • Access control is systematically carried out on everyone entering the festival grounds.
  • Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Sfinks Mundial is a free festival, and we can only keep organising it with sufficient catering revenue. Anyone who brings their own food, drinks, coolers, picnic baskets, etc., will not be allowed to take them onto the festival grounds. You can bring an empty water bottle, which you can fill with free drinking water on site!
  • Backpacks and bags are allowed, but please only bring what you need — this makes the job of our security staff easier.
  • Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the festival grounds.
  • Free wristbands are available at the Kidz Village and the information desk for children, where parents can write their phone number. Our staff at the information desk will help parents find their lost child.
  • Flyering is not allowed. Posters may be displayed in designated areas on the festival grounds; please contact us in advance at [email protected].
  • Sfinks cups and plates must remain on the grounds and may not be taken home.
    Urinating in public is prohibited.
  • No beer for those under 16, no cocktails/strong drinks for those under 18. Proof of age may be requested.
  • Smoking (including vaping) is only allowed in designated zones.
  • Sfinks Mundial is a festival that is open and tolerant towards the world. We welcome everyone and aim to create a gentle, warm celebration. This is possible if everyone helps ensure we treat each other with respect. We have drawn up a charter that applies to everyone taking part in the festival (visitors, staff, stallholders, guests, press, artists…). Download it here.
